The Clean Water Guarantee — 60 days to try it

At NAYADE, we're confident that our filtered shower head will transform your daily routine. That's why we give you 60 days to try it at home, in your shower, in your own conditions.

How it works

1. You receive your filtered shower head.
2. You install it and use it daily.
3. If you're not satisfied, you contact us by email at contact@getnayade.com.
4. We arrange the return.
5. You are refunded in full within 14 business days of us receiving the returned product.

Conditions

- The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be returned in a condition of normal wear (used is fine — we want you to actually try it).
- The product must not be intentionally damaged or returned incomplete.
- Unopened replacement filters can be returned. Opened or used filters are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged product

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact us at contact@getnayade.com with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receipt.
2. We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Legal right of cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of cancellation, without having to provide a reason.

Our Clean Water Guarantee of 60 days extends this right well beyond the legal minimum.

Refund

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order, within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
